A1. gamelynx.com is dedicated to beating all prices by 5%. All you have to do is (1) place an order with us and (2) in the COMMENTS field before the last step of checkout put a link or description of the lower price. gamelynx.com will beat the price by 5%. If we can't beat the price, we will notify you and let you decide whether to proceed with the purchase or not.

Q4. When will my order be processed?
A4. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If orders are placed on holidays or weekends, we will process the order on the following business day.
Q5. When will I be notified that my order is submitted and shipped?
A5. After all your information, like your address and credit card information, has been verified, we will send an email confirmation of your order. When your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email to the email address you provided with your order.

Q6. Sale tax applies only to Washington State residents. A 8.8% sales tax is applied to all orders in Washington State.

Q8. How long does it take to process orders for shipping?
A8. It will take up to 24 to 48 hours to process each order placed on Monday thru Friday. We will begin processing orders placed on weekends or holidays on the following business day. It will also take up to 24 to 48 hours to process those orders.
Q9. Which shipping courier do you use?
A9. gamelynx.com will ship orders by USPS First Class Mail or Express Mail by default. We reserve the right to substitute shipping couriers, but we will insist on the same high shipping speed with the shipping courier so you can receive your orders promptly.
Q10. May I rush orders so that I'll get my orders faster than First Class Mail or Express Mail?
A10. Yes, you can choose different shipping options. These options are listed when you place the order.
Q11. How long does it take for me to receive the order?
A11. For normal within U.S. deliveries, it will usually take 3-7 days to reach the order's final shipping destination.
Q12. Will my Overnight/2nd Day order ship the same day the order is submitted?

Return Policy
Q14. What is your return policy?
A14. Since we provide only the best quality products to our customers, we give all our customers the gamelynx.com online retail site's complete satisfaction guarantee.
Within 30 days of the shipping date, you may return any product purchased from gamelynx.com online retail site for any reason, excluding acts of abuse to our products, for a full refund not including the shipping and handling cost UNLESS gamelynx.com made the error in fulfilling your order.
We can not accept items that have been abused or returned 30 days after the shipping date.
